Call for Interns: April – June 2024
The Purita Kalaw-Ledesma Center is excited to announce the opening of applications for our Internship Program from April to June 2024. Undergraduate and graduate students from Art Studies, Arts Management, Library and Information Services, and Archives Management are encouraged to apply.
Interns will be trained in the following areas of work:
- Assist in the setup and preparation of our upcoming exhibit.
- Create study guides to accompany the exhibit.
- Write engaging social media posts to promote the Center’s activities and events.
- Provide support during our upcoming onsite events.
- Help in indexing a rare compendium from our collection.
Interns are expected to spend 100 hours at the Center. They will receive a certificate upon completion of the program. The internship at the PKL Center is unpaid.
Interested applicants may send their CV and cover letter explaining their motivations for applying. A signed letter of recommendation from a professor/mentor should also be sent. Kindly address the letter to:
